Completed reinstalls are counted from outcome reports filed after each run, cross-checked against the tool's own server-side records. The raw archive stays private; only the totals are published.
The success rate's denominator is every attempted run. A failed run that rolled back is still a run — hiding it would make the number meaningless. Both directions are published.
While the pilot archive is being built, this page shows pending marks instead of estimates. A number appears here only when the archive backs it.
If a claim on this page ever lost its archive backing, the number would be withdrawn — the same rule the tools themselves follow: no archive, no number.
